秋の空から飛んできた　夕焼け色の赤とんぼ

竹林で1日中仕事をして　たまに会社へ寄ると

Ｕさんが声をかけてくれます　「藪（やぶ）行っとったん？　　お疲れさん」

この仕事を始めて　まだ間もない頃　

竹林の中で　ひた孤独と闘う　Ｒさんは

Ｕさんのこの声かけに　生き返った気がしたものでした

力みのない　Ｕさんの　言葉のちから

Ms."U"

The autumn season has come around with some red dragonflies flying high in the sky.
When I came back to the office after working all day long in the bamboo forest,
Ms."U" said to me "did you go to the bamboo forest? You did pretty well."

When I just started this job, I felt very lonely because I am usually working alone.
And so I was encouraged by her words.
Her words always make me feel relaxed.
