大きなナタ傷を受けても　曲がりくねりながら　立派に生き切った竹

過酷な条件下で　本当に　よく生きたな

競り合い生きる厳しい自然　もたれれば他を傷つけるし　甘えれば根が弱くなり倒れてしまう

容赦なく吹き付ける風雪に耐えて　根力を養うほかはない

そしていつしか　優しさに行きつく　挑む者も　見守る者も

Despite a wide scar due to a billhook, the bamboo has grown tall with some windings.

You has survived under such a hard condition.

The nature is in some sort of competition with one another.

It would deface if one leans back against another.

If one depends on another, the root would become enfeebled and fall over.

There is no alternative but to develop the power of root in bearing with hardship of wind and snow.

And finally they will find the warmth, both challenger and compassionate observer.
