お盆休みに　久し振りに兄と会い　

夏の京都を歩きながら　沢山の話しをした

林業のこれからの展望

独立して3年目を無事に終えた気持ちなど

厳しい山仕事を　10年以上続けている兄から　学ぶことは多い

そんな兄を見送った後　ふと先代の社長の言葉が　Rさんの心に響いてきた

「　3年続いたら6年を　6年続いたら9年を目指しなさい　そうして10年続けば一つの節目や　」

竹林育成の仕事も　いよいよこの秋から11年目に入る　

いただいた数々のお力添えに　感謝をしつつ　新たな小さな1歩が　始まる　

Turning point

During Obon(A Japanese Buddhist festival ), I met my brother, who works as a forester, in Kyouto.
I had not seen him for a long time, so we talked a lot while enjoying summertime stroll in Kyouto.
I learned a lot from him because he has been working on difficult works of forester for over ten years.
After seeing my brother off, the words of our former president came back to my mind telling me that:
"You must aim to continue your work for six years once you achieve the first three years, then for nine years if you achieve the six years, and if you can keep on for ten years you will reach the turning point. "
This autumn, I will reach the 11th year of working in this company growing bamboos.
