丁寧に植えられた田んぼの早苗も　気持ち良さそうに揺れています

Rさんは　ふと最近気が付きました

入社3~4年になる若手の皆さんの表情が　とてもいい表情になってきているのです

伸びをしていた頃のような力みがなくなり　自然な言葉が聞こえてくるようになりました

悩んでるな　考えてるな　自身の力で

While we are in the middle of the rainy season,

a clear wind blows everyday which would make us forget about it.

Rice seedlings arrayed in the rice fields seem to enjoy swinging

in the delicious breeze.

I recently became aware that staffs who have joined us 3 or 4 years ago

show good expression on their face.

They are more relaxed than the first years when they have overstrained theirselves

and I hear natural words from their conversation.

They try to overcome problems and find what to do on their own.

Feeling happy by thinking in this way, I went back home in singing

a little song which I call a green leaves song.
