仕事のお昼休みに　事務所へ行くと

UさんとHさんが　分厚いファイルを広げています

「凄いですね～！」とHさん

Rさんも横目で見てびっくり

Uさんのファイルには　手書きの図や記録が丁寧にまとめられています

「私 結構がんばったの」

するとHさんも　「オレもな」と

机の引き出しから　ファイルを出して開くと

こちらもまた文字がぎっしり　

お二人の　仕事の速さと　説明の分かり易さの秘密は

ここにあるのかもしれないな…

さらにUさんファイルの素晴らしさは　誰が見ても分かり易くまとめてあること

これがやってみると　なかなかに難しい

（もう少し頑張らなきゃな…）　

お二人の眩しい背中を見ながら　そう思う

The memos

When I went to the office during my lunch break,
I saw Ms.U and Mr.H had been chatting about a thick file which Ms.U made.
I also looked at the file from a little distance and surprised how lots of her writings and drawings are nicely organized in it.
"Wow, fantastic!" said Mr.H.
"I really tried head." said Ms.U.
Then Mr.H, too, brought a file and showed it to us.
It was also filled with many writings.
what's more impressing for me is that, her memos were integrated so well that it's very easy to understand for anybody.
I think that is the reason why I can get what they say easily at work.
They both looked dazzling to me.
