Ｒさんの倍くらいある　大きな身体でテキパキと仕事をこなす傍ら

バイク置場の草花に　朝早く水やりをして下さっていたり

皆で使う機械油の補充　機械周りの整備

とにかく目配りが行き届いていて　とても静か…

社内の鉄階段すら　Ｙ課長が使うときは　音が立ちません

そして何よりも　お２人の素晴らしさは　その声かけの妙

静かに　しっかりと目を配る２人のＹさんは

弊社自慢の　"背中で語る男たち"

Two Mr."Y"

Our company has two expert craftsmen whose names start with "Y".
I can't fully express their good points in words.
The younger Mr.Y's physique is about twice as large as mine.
He does his work promptly, and even waters the plants in front of the gate every morning.
Besides, he also keeps machines in good repair.

Both Mr. "Y" keep a good watch on the work and also speak calmly and relaxed manner toward the staff.
I think both Mr. "Y" are real men who show an attitude without any words.
