高野竹工（株）創業者　　高野不窮斎　初代社長が
４年とちょうど１か月前に他界いたしました。

改めましてご冥福をお祈りいたします。

社長との思い出は　数えきれないほどあるけれど
どのような状況においても　落ち着き　ゆっくりと話し
そして大きな視点から　深く観察をされていた気がいたします。

「　何度でも言うから　よう聞きや　」
そう言って　記録を取ることの大切さを　教えて下さいました。

マタケの筍が　本当に文献に書かれているように
１日で１２１㎝も伸びるのかを　確かめたくて
毎朝７時に長さを測り　その記録を社長に見ていただいた時の事
いざ説明しようとしたら　書き込んだ数字の多さに
Ｒさんが慌てていると　社長はすぐ　トントンと
１か所をたたき　「ここや」と満足そうに頷いていました。

竹についての　社長のお話しは面白くて
時間が経つのも忘れていろいろな話を聞かせてくださいました。

そんな社長の言葉の中に　忘れられない言葉があります。

竹にききなさい
そうしたらいつか
竹が教えてくれるよ

"Memories"

Takano Fukyusai, the first president our company(takano-chikko co.,Ltd.)
passed away four years and a month ago.

Please let me pray again for his soul.

I have countless memories of the president.
He always spoke calmly and slowly.
I have an impression that he observed things from a broad point of view.

Sometimes he said,"listen to me, I say again and again to you"
and told me how important of it is to keep a log.

Several years ago, I made an observation bamboo shoot of Matake.
According to the literature, bamboo shoot of Matake grows 121 centimeters in one day.
I measured the size of Matake bamboo shoot every morning at seven and showed the note to the president.
Then he pointed a finger instantly at one place and nodded with a satisfied look.

His talks about bamboo were very interesting.
I lost track of time listening his stories with a great deal of expertise about bamboo.

I have some unforgettable wolds in my mind.

He said,"Think bamboo as your teacher.
　　　　　Listen to bamboo.
　　　　　And one day in the future,
　　　　　bamboo will indicate something to you".

President, I'd like to extend my deepest sppreciation to you.
