そこへ企画開発Ｙさんが　通りがかり　ちらりとこちらを見た（気がしました）
その目には書いてあります　　「　お安いご用ね　」

（　…チャンス！　）
Ｒさんは３時のチョコレートを持って　Ｙさんを追いかけました

Ｙさんの仕事は速い　そして心のこもった配慮が　随所に散りばめられています
見る方の年齢層から　何を求めているのか　その後の後まで

ついこの間　会話の中でＹさんが　「　もう中堅ですからね　」とふと言いました

チュウケン…　　デスカ
辞書には［中心となるしっかりしたもの］と書いてあります

以来　Ｒさんの頭のどこかでいつもチュウケンは　こだましています

"Mental preparation of "Chuken" (middle-ranking employee)"

At the beginning new fiscal year, I submitted an annual plan document
about the work in bamboo forest.
I wanted to add a graph of data about the past 9 years.

I was looking at the study-aid of Excel during a tea break.
(It's very difficult…)
My eyes became as narrowed as thread.

Then, Ms."Y" who works in a planning section happened to pass near me.
Her eyes said, "No problem at all"
(Chance! )
I chased her with some chocolate in my hand.
She does her work quickly and there are always
warm-hearts consideration.
For example, she checks age group who look the document
and the things they are seeking in it.
She even thinks about what to do in the future.

In a conversation with me,
she said, "I will soon be a middle-ranking employee".

"Chuken… (middle-ranking employee…)" .
"Chuken" means "firm backbone" by a Japanese dictionary.

Since then, the word "Chuken" keeps echoing in my mind.
